NDIS Shared and Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Passion Aid Care Services provides serviced group homes that are safe and homely for NDIS SIL participants with 24/7 supports, family oriented care. We offer personalized assistance and supervision of daily living tasks that empowers each participant to develop skills to live as independent as possible, improve their quality of life and exercise their right to choice and control.

- Support with your grocery shopping
- Assistance with your transport needs
- Assistance with attending appointments
- Help to manage your money and budget
- Assistance with cleaning, laundry, cooking
- Personal care needs such as toileting, dressing & showering

- Support to participate in household and community activities, developing or improving on daily skills
